Position: High School Principal
Location: Miami FL

Description
The client is seeking an exceptional High School Principal to join its growing faculty for theschool year. Must be comfortable being in person on campus with students. The primary purpose of the high school Principal is to direct and manage instructional program and supervise personnel at campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with school policies and success of instructional programs.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in educational administration or leadership.
- At least five years of experience as a school principal ideally in a startup high school.
- A minimum of five years of leadership experience and five years of teaching experience.
- Solid understanding of curriculum development and instructional practices.
- Required expertise in Entrepreneurship.
- Ability to assess instructional programs and evaluate teaching effectiveness.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth as an educator.
- Collaborative approach to work with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to academic policies and curriculum.
- Develop and track benchmarks to measure the institutions success.
- Support teachers in maximizing their teaching potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and improving instructional practices and strategies.
- Establish strong communication and relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain a growth mindset towards teaching practices and work towards professional development goals.
- Assist in upholding school policies regulations and expectations.
- Foster professional collaborative and collegial relationships with faculty staff and community partners for the benefit of students.
- Represent the school with integrity at community or public events.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the administration.
- Ensure the supervision and safety of students during classes and at all times while on or off campus.
