Our client is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in loss adjustment and risk assessment for the insurance business.
The company is seeking to hire a result driven Junior Business Development Associate that will support the company s growth by identifying new business opportunities fostering client relationships and assisting in the implementation of collections and marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients target markets and emerging business opportunities.
Generate lead through networking cold calling or digital channels and nurture them into viable prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.
Prepare and deliver product or service demonstrations to potential clients.
Work closely with sales marketing and other internal teams to align business development efforts.
Use CRM tools to track client interactions manage sales pipelines and report on key metrics.
