Clean Room Operator
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts
Hours: 2nd shift 2pm 1030pm CT
3rd shift 10pm 630am CT
About the Job:
A leader in the medical device manufacturing industry is looking for a Clean Room Operator to help produce highquality medical devices. Youll be responsible for keeping our manufacturing environment clean and sterile operating specialized equipment and following strict quality standards.
What Youll Do:
- Sterilize medical devices and keep accurate records.
- Label clean package and sterilize products.
- Track and verify product quantities and identification numbers.
- Complete production paperwork and reports.
- Keep your work area clean safe and organized.
- Look for ways to improve processes.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent. An Associate degree or vocational training is a plus.
- Experience working in a clean room ideally in medical device manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow strict protocols and quality standards.
- Basic understanding of clean room equipment and aseptic techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods lift moderate weight (up to 35 lbs) and personal wear protective equipment (PPE) gear.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Good computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
