In this instance we are on the lookout for a Contract Manager.
Location: Luxembourg
Work Modality: Onsite
Duration: 18 months
Responsibilities:
- Claims management: Followup assessment and resolution of claims including claims management in FIDIC contracts.
- Draft monitor and review contracts across various verticals and scales.
- Provide essential contract management services by resolving conflicts providing legal advice and renewing/redrafting contracts.
- Supervise the performance of contracts and ensure compliance with the agreed terms and conditions.
- Prepare reports and documentation on contract performance and submit them for senior review.
- Update and revise contracts in line with dynamic national and international legal regulations.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status.
- Risk management: Identification and quantification of project risks during business development and execution stages.
- Work closely with project managers to handle contractor claims and disputes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Law Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Contract Manager or in a related position.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in contract law.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
- Problemsolving skills and adaptability in fastpaced environments.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
Additional Information
