Data Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Project Manager in Houston TX.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Lead datadriven projects from planning through execution focusing on Workday data conversions data quality and ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Workday Data Conversion:
Manage and oversee the conversion of legacy data into Workday systems ensuring data accuracy completeness and integrity
* Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business units IT and external vendors to define project scope objectives and timelines
* CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Coordinate between technical teams business units and other key stakeholders to ensure all data requirements are met and the project stays on track
* International Project Management:
Manage global and regional data projects ensuring adherence to regional requirements and mitigating risks specific to international implementations
* Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential risks or issues during project lifecycle proactively develop mitigation plans and communicate risks to key stakeholders
* Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of data quality throughout the project lifecycle and oversee testing phases to ensure successful data conversion
* Reporting and Documentation:
Provide regular project updates status reports and documentation to senior leadership and stakeholders; Ensure proper project documentation is maintained for future reference
