Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a committed and motivated Customer Support Agent proficient in either German or Italian to join our dynamic support team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving. The role demands fluent language skills a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers through multiple channels including phone email and chat.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient support.
  • Address customer complaints provide timely solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Diagnose client issues troubleshoot and offer effective solutions.
  • Escalate cases to the appropriate department or senior representatives when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other specialists to resolve or close support tickets.
  • Document actions taken categorize cases and report potential bugs to the engineering team.
  • Maintain and update all relevant administrative records.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German or Italian (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Previous experience in a similar customer support role is required.
  • Preferably experienced in chat support with strong typing skills and the ability to use multiple tools in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for nontechnical users.
  • A resourceful adaptable and stressresilient personality capable of handling challenging situations.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong independent work ethic while also being a collaborative team player.
