A client of ours is looking for a Technical Program/Project Manager for 612 month contract opportunity. Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:
Driving Operational Excellence through Smart Work Strategies: We are seeking a candidate who can effectively coordinate tech operational activities and ensure the timely delivery of team deliverables. The ideal candidate should possess strong problemsolving skills and be able to identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency. They should also have experience in playbook maintenance regularly inspecting and enhancing the team playbook to ensure it remains up to date. Additionally the candidate should be wellversed in establishing standard operating procedures for reporting and have a strong understanding of core file management including managing versioning and archiving. Lastly the candidate should have the ability to develop improve and maintain team dashboards and communications to foster effective collaboration and communication within the team.
Enhanced vendor management and cost optimization (optimizing software deals):
This involves evaluating and leveraging vendor capabilities assessing contracts and implementing efficient solutions. An individual with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills that can identify and capitalize on cost optimization opportunities through datadriven decisionmaking. They should be able to identify areas of potential cost savings and develop strategies for Intl Technology Cost Optimization.
Crosscollaboration and crossfunctional skills: They should have good crossfunctional and crossteam engagement effectively collaborating with individuals from different markets and business functions to build strong professional relationships and networks. They should be able to approach problems from various angles bring together diverse teams to achieve common goals and find innovative solutions for better outcomes.
Strong analytical storytelling and reporting skills: They should showcase the value delivered by the team in a way that resonates with the strategic objectives of the organization. They should excel in executivelevel reporting for highlights and team wins. They should be able to effectively convey the success stories of the team in a compelling and engaging manner. This includes the ability to identify key achievements frame them in a narrative structure and present them with clarity impact and relevance to diverse audiences and teams. They should be able to analyze and interpret large amounts of data including the ability to identify patterns trends and insights from complex data sets. Technical skills such as PowerBI are also important to support our data cultivation efforts.
Advantageous skill to have: An advantage would be if they excel in the Scrum framework. Ideally we are seeking an individual who possesses a deep understanding of Agile Methodology and Program Management encompassing endtoend responsibilities such as planning strategizing and managing work with a Product Owner mindset.
