Job Description
Industry: Technology & IT Services
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Support the finance team in daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Prepare financial reports including sales performance commissions and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for company and client projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and support audits as needed.
- Address customer inquiries related to billing and escalate complex issues when necessary.
What skills do you need:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
