Job Description
Cross Border Talents is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Remote Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role you will be instrumental in sourcing evaluating and placing toptier talent for our diverse client base across multiple industries. Your recruitment expertise and dedication to helping candidates find their ideal roles will be key to your success. There are no geographical or client restrictionsyour opportunities are limitless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various platforms such as job boards social media and professional networks to identify and attract top candidates.
- Conduct detailed candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills experience and cultural fit.

Qualifications:
