Job Description
1. To Attend PreventiveCorrective maintenance and improvement works if any as per schedule; ensure WEG and related equipment are maintained in neat and tidy and technically acceptable conditions according to standard engineering practices.
2. Keep uptodate with all operating/ maintenance manuals checklists service bulletins etc. applicable to the WEG and associated
equipment carry out servicing activities as per the latest certified checklists manuals and service bulletins.
3. Coordinate with CECORE control center to create outage for all planned /unplanned activities for the turbine
4. Document the work done indicating consumption of spares/ consumables list further actions along with targeted completion dates.
5. Ensure that the work log entry is made by the coworkers also checking open work orders and taking necessary action to closed without delay
6. Report abnormalities on OH lines and take corrective action in consultation with the Site Manager inform Site manager of any abnormalities noticed that cannot be fixed immediately
7. Inform Site manager of any abnormalities noticed that cannot be fixed immediately
8. Keep uptodate with all operating/ maintenance manuals checklists service bulletins etc. applicable to the WEG and associated equipment carry out servicing activities as per the latest certified checklists manuals and service bulletins
9. Train newly recruited coworkers & subcontractors.
10. Ensure safety and care of all tools tackles measuring instruments and spare parts in custody.
11. Comply with all HSE / ISO & all other statutory requirements
12. Ensure site office and SCADA room are maintained in good condition Monitor the performance of security personnel/ operators report noncompliances Assist in the subassembly of WEG components at the factory premises whenever required
13. Coordination with Site Manager store / MAXIMO entries PMS Accounts Shift change Technical Department Inter department.
14. Monitoring Log Book of each WTG Machine & necessary precautions to be achieve 99% of machine availability
15. Identify repeated errors and take corrective actions Maintain tools and communication equipment.
16. Carry out Housekeeping ( 5s) activity of all control panels and eachWTG as per schedule and levels agreed
17. Prepare RCA reports for repeated failures
18. Good in reading Electrical & Mechanical drawing & tracing the fault
19. To assess personal training needs discuss with Site head learn on job skills get nominated on training programmes and improve skills.
20. Has responsibility and authority to supervise subcontractor & operators and security contractor & personnel.
21. Understanding the requirements identifying the gaps settingpriorities scheduling activities according to fulfil requirements
22. If not satisfied with status quo would identify areas for improvement and continuously drive to improve processes methods productivityspeed quality.
23. Need to prepare Daily Generation report & Insurance related documents for Business interruption &Material failure)
24. Having thorough knowledge of Microsoft tools
25. Supporting and being ready for all internal external audits legal audits CEIG inspections at windfarm time to time.
26. Participating RCA meetings and suggesting new ideas in problem solving to achieve the objectives.
27. Achieving objectives projected by Site head department head.
28. Prepare Monthly Quarterly & yearly turbine performance report MTTR & MTBF reports.
