Job Description
Location: NYC New York / Hackensack New Jersey / Baltimore Maryland / Boca Raton & Palm Beach Florida Offices
Seeking a senior attorney with experience in commercial real estate finance
Role includes handling lender and borrower side transactions
Requires experience with leverage transactions preferred equity and joint ventures
Bar admission in one or more states where the office is located is a requirement
The candidate must possess strong academic credentials
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
The candidate must be able to communicate directly with clients
