Recruiting Coordinator (OnSite) Wilshire Law Firm is a distinguished awardwinning legal practice with 17 years of experience specializing in Personal Injury Employee Rights and Consumer Class Actions. The Recruiting Coordinator in partnership with our Chief Talent Officer and Recruiters will play a key role in daily recruiting activities to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring solid administrative experience and thrive in a fastpaced environment. They should also possess a high level of curiosity pride and a strong drive to achieve.
Key Responsibilities
Act as first/main point of contact to schedule Zoom/virtual phone and onsite meetings with candidates and hiring managers arranging travel as needed.
Take an active role in each candidate's interview lifecycle experience and serve as the point of contact for candidate and hiring manager scheduling needs; ensure all parties are informed prepared and arrive on time for interviews.
Partner with Recruiters to complete projects related to the creation and maintenance of recruiting documents processes procedures and policies.
Post jobs and update candidate actions notes and records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide administrative support to Chief Talent Officer as needed (PowerPoint Calendaring ad hoc support).
Research schedule and assist with College and University career fairs networking events and Legal industry related events.
Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by consistently delivering highquality results and proactive communication.
Special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
1 year as a coordinator assistant or intern preferably in HR or recruiting.
1 year in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM experience.
Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing and the ability to interact effectively with all staff levels.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools.
Experience with data entry data organization and creating compelling data visualizations.
Excellent organizational and follow through skills and the ability to effectively multitask prioritize and meet deadlines.
Commitment to excellence with a passion for delivering results continuous growth and taking initiative.
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent years of experience required.
