Our client a leader in cashless payment solutions trusted by major Swiss banks is looking for a talented Modern Workplace Engineer to join their friendly and dynamic Workplace Services team.
Your Impact In this exciting role you will drive the implementation and optimization of cuttingedge workplace technologies collaborating across departments to enhance user experience.
Tasks
- Design implement and support modern work tools and platforms for internal end users.
- Continuously improve workplace infrastructure for seamless device and software integration.
- Provide technical assistance to ensure a smooth and secure working experience.
- Train service desk teams to boost troubleshooting capabilities.
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain robust workplace security.
- Stay ahead of technological advancements and propose innovative workplace solutions.
- Offer 2nd & 3rd level support and provide oncall support as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in engineering and managing modern workplace solutions particularly Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting and strong problemsolving skills.
- A proactive qualityfocused and serviceoriented attitude.
- Familiarity with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is a plus.
- Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in IT.
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator or Enterprise Administrator Expert are a bonus.
- English proficiency (B2) is required; German skills are a distinct advantage.
