Tasks
CAIZ is rapidly developing and looking for Legal Advisor. As a key member of our team you will review interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicate these to the business and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exceptional experience in a varied and fastpaced environment. Offer guidance on legal risks and manage disputes and provide communication with legal firms about the establishment of the company and licensing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls statutory regulations and other formalities
- Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
- Draft legal documents such as contracts statements agreements etc.
- Execute procedures for protecting patents trademarks and industrial designs
- Handle disputes litigation and arbitration on behalf of the organization.
- Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the organization
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge the base of the companys legal function
Requirements
Experience:
- 3 years of professional experience in a Legal Counsel/Advisor role
- Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage
- Indepth knowledge of administrative law and procedures
- Good organisational prioritisation and timemanagement skills
- Arbitration and mediation skills
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Level of studies: Bachelor or Master Degree in Law
Language Requirements: Fluent in Turkish and English
