Tasks
- Implementing and maintaining FortiGate firewall infrastructure.
- Provisioning firewalls based on consultation with customer.
- Providing ongoing support & Troubleshooting firewall infrastructure problems.
- Troubleshooting firewall related problems as reported by customers.
- Ensure all network security rules are configured according to least privileged access and best practices following standards. Access controls and firewall rulesets must be in place to ensure that users and Services only have access to the Networks they are authorized to use.
- Remediation of network security compliance reports generated daily including the deviation of security standards configurations on a global scale.
- Performing device replacements and firmware upgrades when required as part of troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting customer authentication incidents mostly related to OTR/ANC (Most common incident from users nowadays).
- Deployment of network firewall in production environment.
- Monitoring performance and availability of firewall devices using Customer Network Monitoring Tools.
- Manage and administrate core security components like Firewalls VPN NAC and Proxy solution.
- Monitoring of all services is important to ensure all services are up and running.
Requirements
- Experience with Firewall & Network such as Switching Routing IPSEC VPNs Tunnelling and Security.
- 10 years of handson experience on security domain managing Security Infrastructure.
- Should have good working experience on VPN Aruba ClearPass NAC and Zscaler Proxy solution.
- Experience with VPN NAC and cloud proxy like installation setup and administration.
- Good knowledge on Aruba ClearPass NAC integration with wired and wireless authentication along with Secure network access (Profiling and Posturing)
- Good handson experience in administration of Zscaler proxy solution i.e. Zscaler Client connector Traffic forwarding authentication & Security policy configuration
- Faster troubleshooting skill to analyze and provide fix at the earliest to user reported incidents.
