Job Description

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts for real estate projects.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings for real estate transactions.

Audit and Assurance: Conduct audits and provide assurance on financial statements and transactions.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to assess the profitability and viability of real estate investments.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate regulations and standards.

Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between the company and clients including property management companies and external auditors.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with real estate transactions.

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.

Chartered Accountant certification (e.g. ICAN ACCA ACA CIMA or equivalent).

Extensive experience in financial management auditing and regulatory compliance.

Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and providing strategic financial insights.

Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
