Job Title: QA/QA Architect Interior & Architectural Works Experience: 815 Years Location: Jagiroad Assam Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA/QA Architect to oversee and ensure the quality of all interior and architectural works including walls ceilings facades flooring and other related components. The candidate will be responsible for implementing stringent quality control (QC) measures ensuring compliance with project specifications and leading quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and finishing works are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC): Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures for all architectural and interior works including walls ceilings facades flooring and other structural and finishing elements. Ensure adherence to quality standards project specifications and regulatory requirements across all phases of construction. Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials work processes and completed work to identify and resolve quality issues. Coordinate with contractors site supervisors and project managers to ensure compliance with design and quality requirements. 2. Inspection & Documentation: Oversee quality inspections material testing and ensure corrective actions are implemented when discrepancies arise. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality audits noncompliance and corrective actions. Manage documentation including test reports inspection requests and quality certificates ensuring all records are updated and maintained properly. 3. Collaborative Oversight: Work closely with design teams site engineers and subcontractors to review design drawings shop drawings and specifications for quality control. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality management throughout the projects interior and architectural phases. Coordinate with external consultants vendors and contractors to align QA/QC practices with project timelines and budgets. 4. Material Selection & Quality: Ensure that all materials used in interior and architectural works meet the approved quality standards and are compliant with specifications. Oversee the procurement and testing of materials to ensure they meet quality benchmarks before installation. 5. Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor the project for potential risks related to quality deviations and implement corrective measures proactively. Ensure that all architectural work complies with safety and environmental regulations addressing any nonconformities in a timely manner. 6. Training & Development: Train and mentor onsite teams on QA/QC processes best practices and quality standards. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve the quality awareness of all involved parties. 7. Continuous Improvement: Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control practices and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship in all interior and architectural works. Develop and improve QA/QC standards based on feedback from stakeholders lessons learned and emerging best practices. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field. 815 years of experience in QA/QC of interior and architectural works with a focus on walls ceilings facades and flooring. Strong knowledge of construction standards materials testing and quality control practices for architectural works. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in relevant QA/QC software and tools. Location: Jagiroad Assam
