Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for HVAC systems in compliance with project and regulatory standards. Conduct inspections testing and quality audits to ensure HVAC systems meet performance and safety requirements. Coordinate with project teams contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to quality guidelines. Review design documents material specifications and submittals for HVAC systems. Identify nonconformities deviations and defects and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Prepare quality reports checklists and documentation for audits and compliance verification. Collaborate with the HSE team to ensure safe working practices during HVAC installations. Work with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall quality of project deliverables. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 7 14 years of experience in QA/QC for HVAC systems in industrial or largescale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC codes standards (ASHRAE ISHRAE SMACNA NFPA etc.) and quality control processes. Experience in conducting HVAC inspections testing commissioning and audits. Proficiency in QA/QC documentation NCRs and root cause analysis. Handson experience in working with contractors consultants and regulatory bodies. Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills. Certification in QA/QC or HVACrelated quality management is an added advantage.
