Job Description
Job Title: Software Tester(US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web mobile and desktop applications.
- Identify log and track bugs using issuetracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after updates.
- Verify application performance usability and compatibility across multiple platforms.
- Document and communicate test results and findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and technologies in software testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and processes.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG Postman).
- Experience in bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g. Java Python or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
