Job Description
Job Title: IT Project Manager (PMP Certified) (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and deliver IT projects in alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules budgets resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress manage changes to scope schedule and budget and resolve issues.
- Ensure project documentation including charters status reports and postproject evaluations is complete and accurate.
- Identify and manage risks providing solutions to address project challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Mentor and guide project team members to achieve project and career growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is required.
- Experience managing IT projects including software development infrastructure or systems integration.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Jira or Trello.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with IT governance compliance and risk management.
- Experience in cloud technologies DevOps practices or enterprise systems.
- Advanced certifications like PMIACP ITIL or ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
