Job Description
- Design of the OneBilling platform with focus on switching processes
- Collaboration as Solution Analyst in the Squad Master Data & Change Processes
- Advising and supporting the Product Owner regarding the feasibility costeffectiveness necessity and validity of user stories and their impact on reducing complexity
- Requirements description incl. design for switching processes and market communication processes
- Advising and supporting the Product Owner regarding the feasibility costeffectiveness necessity and validity of user stories and their impact on reducing complexity
- Broad knowhow in energy processes
- Very good knowledge of sales processes for energy supply (electricity/gas)
- Practical knowledge in SAP ISU/UC4G
Specific features:
- Very good knowledge of market communication (role of sales)
- Very good technical knowledge in change processes in the energy market
