Job Description
- Configuring writing templates in the lnspire system
- Creating and customizing documentsTemplates for generating standard and individual documents
- Automating document creation
- Integration of data sources and systems to enable automatic template filling and minimize manual entries.
- Streamline workflows and processes
- Troubleshooting
- Monitoring and analysis of errors in the document generation process.
- Design and implementation of individual solutions and adaptations in the online system to meet the needs of customers.
- Writing template configuration and customization
- Indepth knowledge of the creation and adaptation of document templates in the Inspire System.
- Experience in integrating data sources (e.g.
-
databases ERP systems) and their automatic transfer to document templates
- Sound knowledge of identifying and analyzing errors in the document generation process.
- Experience in close cooperation with specialist departments and customers for the collection of documentation requirements and their implementation in the inspire system.
- Experience in handling interfaces and APIs for data transmission and processing between different systems.
