Job Descripon: HR Coordinator
Locaon: JP Nagar Bangalore Experience: 35 years Immediate Joiner
Responsibilies:
HR Agency Coordinaon:
o Act as the single point of contact for coordinang with mulple HR agencies.
o Ensure mely delivery of quality candidates from HR agencies as per agreed melines.
Agency Evaluaon and Management:
o Regularly evaluate the performance of HR agencies.
o Maintain a pool of 10 highly producve HR agencies at all mes.
o Address performance issues of underperforming agencies and provide soluons.
o Replace agencies if performance does not improve ensuring no disrupon in hiring melines.
Requirement Gathering and Communicaon:
o Collaborate with department heads to understand and document hiring requirements.
o Communicate requirements clearly to HR agencies.
o Review inial CVs to idenfy gaps and provide feedback to agencies for improvement.
TargetDriven Recruitment:
o Achieve a minimum target of:
90% CV selecon rate out of shared CVs.
60% interview scheduling rate from selected CVs.
o Connuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met.
Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain strong relaonships with internal departments and external HR agencies.
o Acvely resolve any concerns or challenges raised by HR agencies or internal teams.
Process Improvement:
o Idenfy ineciencies in the recruitment process and suggest improvements.
o Implement best pracces for agency coordinaon and candidate evaluaon.
Skills and Qualies:
o Highly aggressive and selfmovated professional.
o Excellent communicaon negoaon and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problemsolving ability and aptude for working in a fastpaced environment.
o Prociency in using recruitment management tools and Microso Oce.
Experience in coordinang with recruitment vendors or HR agencies.
Knowledge of talent acquision processes and metrics.
Ability to handle highpressure situaons and deliver results within deadlines.
