Job Description
At Murrayfield Nursery in North Edinburgh we are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our busy nursery. Working a 38 hour week with amazing benefits and salary c 27k. Come and join us there are great opportunities for future career progression in our growing company.
The Murrayfield Nursery is part of CC Nurseries and is based in Edinburgh at our busy 90 place nursery we offer a homefromhome environment led by our passionate and caring team our nursery is filled with handpicked resources (natural where possible) to encourage selfdirected play and discovery. Outside we have a large secure outdoor space including a fire pit a fishpond and an outdoor classroom as well as a separate area for the youngest children to enjoy fun.

Requirements
As an Early Childhood Developer you will:
Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
Enhance the allaround daily needs of children including their physical intellectual social and emotional development
Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child staff parent and visitor always
Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the Curriculum for Excellence are met
You will need to have a Level 3 / SCQF 7 Early Years Qualification.
