Nestled in the heart of Ikeja they offer a unique dining experience that delights the senses and leaves a lasting impression on their discerning guests. They also operate shortterm apartments and content studio businesses. They are looking to hire an experienced Lead HR to help lead their HR team and manage its people.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and execute recruitment strategies.
- Design and implement robust onboarding programs for new employees.
- Manage employee relations effectively addressing concerns and disputes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement and manage HRIS for streamlined processes and accurate recordkeeping.
- Utilize HRIS data to generate insights and support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Oversee performance management processes and career development planning.
- Ensure fair compensation and benefits practices in compliance with labor laws.
- Develop HR policies with a focus on diversity equity and inclusion.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 4 years of progressive HR management experience.
- Deep understanding of labour and employment laws.
- Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Possess relevant HR Certifications.
- Experience in the healthcare or chain retail industry is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in highperforming or fastgrowing businesses desirable.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
