The Consumer Engagement Operation is a role with a high organizational content which is responsible for coordinating and planning all the back end OPS activities aimed at the execution and implementation of the actions envisaged in the brands marketing plans respecting the deadlines and monitoring the budget. Provide operational and organizational support to the Customer Engagement department
Qualifications :
1.01 Plans the preliminary activities necessary for the execution and go live of the actions envisaged in the brand marketing plans with evidence of the owner and the deadlines
1.02 Monitors the progress of the works to ensure that the plans are respected
1.03 Coordinates the internal and external staff for the creationproductiondelivery of the materials necessary for the implementation of each campaign envisaged in the brand marketing plans within the agreed times
1.04Constant updating of the marketing plans with the contents for the implementation of the campaigns and related notification to the contact persons Customer Engagement Deployment market and the Retail Mktg contacts of the countries involved
1.05 Sharing monthly communication focus contents with the Customer Engagement Deployment market contacts and the Retail Mktg contacts of the countries involved
1.06 Supervises the collection of subscriptions to the marketing initiatives proposed in the seasonal marketing plans within the agreed deadlines
1.07 Coordinates with the Marketing Automation Team for planning the delivery of communications (NLSMS) foreseen in the campaigns and management of approval flow
1.08 Monitoring the delivery status of digital communications and first level support for the market representatives involved for any problems
1.09 Supervises the management of the internal platform to ensure correct visibility of the shops/services and related forecast of the no. of annual locations to be activated andor deactivated based on new openingsclosures
1.13 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of ones Responsibilities
1.14 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business.
1.15 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Development Sustainable understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and Organizational Community.
