Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Mechanic Technician
Location: South Bend IN (Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join our team in South Bend IN. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment through handson repair troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities
- Perform unscheduled and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems including forklifts.
- Dismantle machinery lubricate components and conduct thorough inspections.
- Read and interpret work orders schematics and blueprints to execute repairs.
- Clean organize and maintain tools equipment and work areas for a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certifications preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years in maintenance or a related technical role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with forklift maintenance and other machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints schematics and detailed work orders.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable with lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to climb crawl and work in a fastpaced noisy environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime including weekends as needed.
- Industry Experience: Experience in corrugation or a similar industry is required.
Job Details
- Shift: 1st shift (5:00 AM 3:00 PM) with overtime required.
