Schedule: 09:0018:00 (Monday to Sunday rotating shifts)

About the Role

Are you passionate about travel and love helping others Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist for a leading travel portal! This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional service by assisting customers with their travelrelated inquiries bookings and accommodations.

In this role youll interact with customers via voice chat and email to:

  • Respond to inquiries about our travel offerings.
  • Advise and assist customers with booking transportation and lodging.
  • Handle inbound interactions and troubleshoot issues related to travel topics.

This is a nonsales role focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring smooth travel plans for our users.
