Job Opportunity: Production Operative
Location: Preston
We are seeking dedicated and detailoriented individuals to join our clients team in Preston as Production Operatives. This role involves assembling cable assemblies wiring harnesses and performing ultrasonic welding and splicing in a clean and organised environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble cable assemblies and wiring harnesses with precision.
- Conduct ultrasonic welding and splicing tasks.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Dexterity and nimble fingers to handle small components with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- A positive cando attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
What we offer:
- Competitive pay: Starting at 11.44 per hour with the potential to increase to 12.44 per hour following continued service.
- Comfortable work environment: Casual dress code and a clean wellmaintained facility.
- Worklife balance:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 13:00 (early finish every week!)
