Job Description

Job Description: Accounts Teacher

Position Title: Accounts Teacher

Department: Accounting / Business Studies

Location: North Bangalore

Salary 30K to 60K

Job Type: Fulltime / Parttime

Only Local candidates will be prefer

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lesson Planning and Delivery:

    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive lessons on accounting principles theories and practices.
    • Teach a variety of accounting topics including financial accounting management accounting taxation auditing cost accounting and bookkeeping.
    • Use a variety of teaching methods (e.g. lectures discussions case studies practical assignments) to accommodate different learning styles.
    • Create lesson plans and assignments that align with the curriculum and standards.
  2. Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Develop administer and grade tests quizzes and assignments to assess student understanding and progress.
    • Provide constructive feedback to students on their work and progress.
    • Track and maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
    • Conduct regular evaluations to ensure students grasp key accounting concepts.
  3. Classroom Management:

    • Maintain an organized disciplined and respectful classroom environment.
    • Encourage student participation engagement and critical thinking during class discussions.
    • Address student queries and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Curriculum Development:

    • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure the curriculum remains uptodate and relevant.
    • Modify teaching approaches based on student feedback and performance data.
    • Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations standards and educational best practices.
  5. Professional Development:

    • Participate in faculty meetings workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay current on accounting developments.
    • Keep uptodate with industry trends technological tools and accounting software.
  6. Student Support:

    • Offer additional tutoring and support for students who need help understanding accounting concepts.
    • Create an open and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience (preferably in an educational institution).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and other educational tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Indepth knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting taxation and auditing.
  • Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with different educational technologies and teaching aids.
  • Patience empathy and a studentcentered teaching approach.




Candidate must have UG/PG in same subject with 6 years of experience in CBSE Board school is mandatory
