Job Description
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs pain points and behaviors within the lending context.
- Translate user needs into user stories and design requirements.
- Create user flows wireframes and highfidelity mockups to visualize design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all lending products.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the user experience.
- Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and technologies within the techfin industry.
- Proactively identify and propose design solutions to improve the user experience of our lending products.
- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
- The candidate should exhibit ownership. Would be required to create wireframes mockups and UI designs for mobile apps and websites.
- The candidate should be well versed with one of the following design tools Figma Sketch Adobe XD.
- Handson experience on Adobe After Effects Principle Framer would be an addon.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Passion for creating userfriendly and intuitive digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of the lending industry and its users is a plus.
- Design sense and creative skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must follow latest design trends.
- Ability to articulate the requirement and create designs as required.
- Ability to put himself in users shoes

Promoter Profile
Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder of Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 14 years of working with various banks HFCs and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at a very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before starting Synoriq he was the cofounder of Qriyo India s first managed home tuition app.
