Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Client is a global leader in glass coating systems. You will be supporting in installing commissioning maintenance and/or servicing and troubleshooting of complex electromechanical systems and semiconductor equipment.
- Responsible to assist with new equipment installation and implementation.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and problemsolving OEM equipment controlsrelated issues
- Responsible to interface with multiple customer departments to ensure policies and standards are being adhered to.
- Ensures adherence to all safety procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role engineering or IT Systems background a plus.
- Knowledge in controls engineering techniques and practices which would be required for global customer facilities.
- Proven understandingknowledge and ability to trouble shoot electrical/electronic control systems.
- Understanding of Rockwell Automation Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)including PanelView Plus PanelView Plus CE and FactoryTalk View ME/SE.
- Understanding of Siemens S7 / TIAPortal PLC s including ladder and statement list logic
- Basic understanding of corporate Ethernet architectures and systems.
Up to 30% travelling both domestically and internationally
