Location: Taufkirchen Bavaria GermanyRemote Work: Hybrid (12 days per week from home)

Your Role
As a Design Engineer youll play a critical role in designing and optimizing tools systems and infrastructure to enhance our production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design tools fixtures and molds for production machinery.
- Create systems for robotic and machine operations.
- Prepare and optimize technical drawings for production processes.
- Plan and build production infrastructure and facilities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to test and refine designs.
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- At least 1 year of design engineering experience (relevant internships also considered).
- Degree in engineering or statecertified technician qualification.
Technical Skills
Required:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design.
- Experience in creating fixtures and production infrastructure.
- Expertise in preparing and interpreting technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of metallic materials and CNC processes.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CNC machining techniques.
- Experience designing production plants or molds.
Soft Skills
- Strong interest in facility and equipment design.
- Enthusiasm for computeraided design and innovation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Your Team
- Reporting To: Head of Plants & Infrastructure.
- Collaborates With: CNC Machining Research & Testing and Design Teams.
- Direct Colleagues: Team members specializing in component design.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary:annually.
- Vacation: 30 days per year.
- Contract: Permanent with a 6month probation period.
- Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week with an option to reduce to 32 hours (pay adjusted accordingly).
