Job Description
Become a vital member of our team as a Receiving Clerk responsible for receiving and coordinating all hotel products. The Receiving Clerk ensures that all hotel product specifications are not only met but exceeded.
- Purchasing System Administration: Ensure Craftable (purchasing system) is accurate and up to date for all departments with inventory/operational supply items team hierarchies and all other pertinent information and that all changes/additions are done accurately and timely.
- Shipping & Receiving Support: Provide support when needed for shipping and receiving functions i.e. Amazon deliveries transporting items to property from central receiving area
- 3Way Match Process: Assist in creating and support the process for threeway match in Craftable and other systems connecting purchase orders receipt of items and working with AP for invoices
- General Property Support: Assist Purchasing AP Finance and Operational teams when needed for questions and collaboration with Craftable purchasing and receiving
Pay Rate: $20 / hour

Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Adaptability and proficiency in computer work; experience with Craftable is a plus.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
