Job Description:
- Managing Hotel maintenance and Operations ie HVAC Generators Electrical System Hot water Boiler & Fire Fighting Pump
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment and system
- Managing maintenance Budget
- Develop and implement maintenance schedule & implement preventive maintenance program.
- Identify potential issue and addressing them before they cause disruption.
- R&M CAPEX Budgeting.
- Cost effective and timely procurement of required material and services.
- Project Management & Asset Management.
- Vendor handling & Team Management
- Emergency response & Ensure Compliance with safety policies and codes.
Qualification & Experience:
- B Tech/BSC Electrical Engineering
- 8 10 Years of Experience in engineering or maintenance management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in building management systems and maintenance software.
- Indepth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
