Job Description
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend a number sites for one of our Social Housing partners cleaning hubs and community centers around Northampton.
This is a parttime permanent position working 5.00am 9.00am Monday to Friday.
A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required but Company Vehicle is provided.
Core Responsibilities Mobile Cleaner:
- Dust damp wipe or wash walls skirting boards hand rails ledges window sills radiators lifts doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap toilet rolls paper towels
- Clean kitchens toilets urinals hand basins and sinks
What are we looking for
- Prior professional Cleaning experience
- Clean UK Manual Driving Licence
- IT literate (use of tablet smart phone apps).
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
- Willing to undergo a DBS check
