Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Finance and Controlling team in our headquarters in Slany:
Accountant
What you can expect
- Online processing of invoices not linked to purchase orders
- Cooperation with the Shared Services Centre (FSSC in Tallinn Estonia)
- Checking the correctness and accuracy of invoice posting in FSSC
- Processing and control of travel and petty expenses
- Archiving of travel documents and invoices received
- Preparation of statistical and other reports as required by the organisation
- Preparation of documents for audit
- Assets preparation of documents for physical inventory and checking for completeness
- Operating leases according to CAS and IFRS 16 recording and checking the system and the actual status
- Financial accounting representation
Qualifications :
What skills and knowledge you should have
- graduated from high school or university with a degree in economics
- at least one year of experience in accounting is an advantage but not a requirement
- theoretical knowledge of accounting principles from high school/university
- interest in the field of accounting willingness to learn and work on oneself
- team spirit
- positive attitude diligence reliability and attention to detail positive attitude towards IT technologies
- A2 English language
