Job Description

ENYRING is a newly launched company with a head office in Berlin and a branch in Amsterdam with a grand vision to expand the ring of sustainable mobility across all of Europe and create a global wave of positive change. Amid the ongoing mobility revolution questions arise about the true sustainability of electric vehicles and shared mobility solutions. How can we extend the life of electric mobility especially when it comes to batteries that degrade over time The answer lies in our innovative solution battery sharing.

Tasks

As Sales & Operations Manager DOOH you will be responsible for the seamless operation and successful monetization of our digital advertising screens at our batteryswappingstations. You will oversee screen performance optimize campaigns and acquire small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) as clients.

Sales & Monetization

  • You will acquire SMEs to increase the utilization and monetization of our digital screens.
  • You will identify new revenue opportunities and develop upselling & crossselling strategies.
  • You will support pricing strategies and negotiations with partners.

Operations & Campaign Management

  • You will monitor and ensure the functionality of our digital screens (software & hardware).
  • You will manage optimize and analyze advertising campaigns to achieve clientspecific KPIs.
  • You will coordinate campaigns with local partners and ensure they are delivered efficiently and flawlessly.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • You will measure the success of our advertising initiatives and analyze campaign performance.
  • You will create revenue forecasts track performance and report to the Head of Divisions and the CEO.
  • You will derive datadriven optimizations to maximize ROI.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • You will work closely with the B2B sales team product team and external partners to continuously improve the performance of our digital advertising screens.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in digital marketing media sales or outofhome (DOOH) advertising.
  • You have campaign and performance management experience in digital advertising solutions.
  • You are analytical datadriven and have a strong understanding of sales and performance optimization.
  • You are fluent in German & English and enjoy working with crossfunctional teams.
  • You are solutionoriented strategicthinking and execute tactical plans effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with advertising agencies or AdTech companies.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Amsterdam.
