The Role
Sage X3 Support Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investment in the Sage X3 ERP system by providing ongoing support maintenance and guidance tailored to their specific business requirements.
Skill Requirements
Mandatory Skillset Sage X3 Support Consultant
Requirements
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line support with Sage X3.
- Proficiency in Sage X3 Finance and Distribution modules.
- General IT management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels.
- Experience in integrating addon software with Sage X3 is beneficial.
- Demonstrated IT and administration skills.
