Marketing Assistant
Bracknell
£21000 £26000 (depending on experience)
Full or part time hours considered for the rifht candidate

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Marketing Assistant you’ll be at the heart of our mission to showcase homes and connect with our community.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Content Creation: Designing eyecatching marketing materials for property listings social media and campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Managing our social media accounts creating engaging posts and keeping our followers excited about our latest properties and updates.
• Campaign Support: Assisting in the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns to promote our brand and properties.
• Website Updates: Keeping our website fresh userfriendly and packed with valuable content.
• Event Coordination: Helping to plan and organise local events and property open days that set us apart in the market.
• Market Research: Staying ahead of industry trends to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the table.
About You
You’ll be the perfect fit for this role if you:
• Have a positive cando attitude with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Are a strong communicator who loves collaborating with others.
• Have excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Are confident using tools like Canva Adobe Suite or other design software
• Are social media savvy with an eye for trends and creative engagement.
• Have a basic understanding of marketing principles (but we’re happy to help you grow your skills!).
• Can drive and have use of your own car.
Desirable Qualities
• Previous experience in marketing or a similar role is a bonus and/or a marketing qualification.
• Knowledge of email marketing systems data management and digital and social media marketing.
• We’re equally as focused on finding someone with the right energy enthusiasm and willingness to learn
