Salary:29000 Bonus

An exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK largest gyms brand new gym opening this year. This fitness job in Harringay is the perfect opportunity for a fitness professional to join a brand new gym as they enter their presale and opening phase! This fitness opportunity in Bermondsey is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to open their first of many clubs. Do you have a background within health and fitnessAre you passionate about sales and retentionDo you have experiencing managing a teamIf you answered yes to all the above then we have the perfect role for you.As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.
Daily Duties:Essential Requirements
- Dealing with membership enquiries via phone email and face to face ensuring a high standard of member experience providing precise information to prospective members
- Conducting tours and gym inductions
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
- Support and work with marketing strategies KPIs and initiatives throughout the club
- Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
- Be front facing for any member enquires
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is fun and friendly and has a genuine interest in wanting to help people become active and fulfil their individual fitness goals.
- Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the fitness or health industry
