Job Summary:
The Senior Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the endtoend management of the companys platform features ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with various crossfunctional teams to deliver product enhancements focusing on delivering superior user experiences and meeting organizational goals. The Senior Product Specialist will contribute their expertise to the product development process supporting key initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining and prioritizing product requirements based on market research user feedback and business needs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Work closely with engineering design and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify potential areas for product innovation.
- Support in the development testing and deployment of product features.
- Monitor product performance metrics identify opportunities for improvements and propose enhancements.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to guide product decisionmaking and feature optimizations.
- Ensure product features meet high standards for quality scalability and usability.
- Assist in creating detailed product documentation including requirements workflows and user stories.
- Communicate product progress challenges and updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support product launch activities including marketing coordination and user onboarding.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor strategies and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Person Specification:
Educational and Professional Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Bachelors degree in Product Management Business or a relevant field.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in product lifecycle management including ideation development and optimization.
- Experienced in collaborating with crossfunctional teams to create usercentered solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to translate market trends user feedback and performance data into actionable product decisions.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present product updates and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
