Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad
Salary: 25000 to 45000 per month (plus travel conveyance and performance incentives)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in assigned territories.
- Promote and sell building materials (or assigned products) to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for product development based on market insights.
- Organize and conduct client meetings presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and solutions.
- Address customer queries concerns and requirements promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Participate in trade fairs exhibitions and industry events to build a professional network.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.:
- Candidates with sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Candidates with sales experience in other industries.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in English and Telugu (both spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation persuasion and closing skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in a competitive sales environment.
