Job Description

Job Description: Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive
Experience: 0 to 1 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: 25000 to 45000 per month (plus travel conveyance and performance incentives)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Gender Preference: Male


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell building materials (or assigned products) to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer preferences and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product development based on market insights.
  • Organize and conduct client meetings presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and solutions.
  • Address customer queries concerns and requirements promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
  • Participate in trade fairs exhibitions and industry events to build a professional network.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.:
  • Candidates with sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Candidates with sales experience in other industries.
  • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English and Telugu (both spoken and written).
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation persuasion and closing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a competitive sales environment.
