You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a visionary and decisive Head of Leadership and Change Management to join our People&Culture organization in Helsinki Finland. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing leadership capabilities and implementing effective change management strategies across the company. You will be joining YIT at a very intriguing moment of our culture development journey as we have just defined our brandnew leadership principles together with our organization and are designing a worldclass Leadership Academy to support our leaders in their growth. Rest assured you will be able to utilize your previous experience in building organizationwide leadership and change capabilities as we are just getting off the ground.
Main responsibilities:
Leading leadership culture change at YIT. Acting as a concept owner for YIT leadership principles ensuring they are incorporated to all peoplerelated processes.
Developing leadership capability ensuring that our structures roles and processes enable excellent leadership as well as measuring success together with our business segments functions and People&Culture professionals. Having responsibility of our worldclass YIT Leadership Academy to support development of defined leadership competences.
Responsible for organizational change management capability. Acting as a process owner for the change management process and building ways of working that ensure agile and focused strategy execution.
Designing change management tools which are incorporated into our existing processes and ways of working. Designing and implementing modern learning solutions to ensure change management and change leadership competence.
What we expect from you
Knowledge of modern leadership theories and ability to lead the leadership culture change at organizational level in a systematic pragmatic and comprehensive manner involving relevant stakeholders and inspiring the entire organization in the change journey.
Experience in leadership capability development in a large organization including organizational design (structures and roles) as well as leadership competence development with versatile learning methods according to 70/20/10 model preferrably also in operative environment.
Competence in building change capability (OCM) in large organization as well as knowledge of different change management models. Preferably Prosci ADKAR certification or familiarity with the ADKARmodel.
Strong business acumen combined with experience of creating practices that enhance transparent and focused strategy execution from setting objectives to leading change in practice. Ability to conceptualize and design processes as well as view complex phenomenon from multiple perspectives and levels.
You possess excellent communication interaction and cooperation skills as you will be working with different kind of stakeholder groups all across our organization. Other skills that will help you to succeed in this role include initiative and accountability resilience analytical thinking and mindset of continuous learning. We also value empathy selfperception and ability to inspire and coach individuals and teams.
Excellent Finnish and English skills.
Even though this is not a team leader role previous team leader experience is an asset.
