Job Description
As a Senior Data Scientist you will:
- Design build and interpret algorithms to power data products within the Business Lending domain.
- Work on impactful projects including creating AI algorithms for retention strategies developing GenAI solutions to enhance efficiency and building portfolio simulation tools for strategic decisionmaking.
- Translate business needs into effective Data Science and AI solutions while identifying new opportunities through knowledgesharing sessions.
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues fostering a collaborative and growthoriented team culture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and a team of data scientists to deliver innovative machine learning and AI products.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6 10 years of experience in data science machine learning and AI.
- Proficiency in Python with expertise in tools like (Py)Spark ScikitLearn Pandas LangChain and GenAI algorithms including explain ability techniques like SHAP.
- Familiarity with the Azure Stack Databricks solutions and basic scripting languages like Bash.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into datadriven solutions and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues working collaboratively in teams and applying Scrum methodology and MLOps practices.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
- Develop train validate benchmark and monitor ML/GenAI algorithms.
- Use statistical techniques and data science tools to deliver practical solutions.
- Work with diverse stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Stay proactive in a rapidly changing and complex environment.
