On behalf of Rohde Nielsen MARPRO Group is looking for a Project Manager for the office in Copenhagen. You will report to the Head of Market of the company.
The job
As Project Manager at Rohde Nielsen you will be at the forefront of largescale marine projects managing all phases from tendering to completion. With access to a fleet of 45 specialized vessels and a skilled workforce you will handle a variety of projects such as offshore dredging rock installation land reclamation and coastal protection. Your role involves direct interaction with clients authorities subcontractors and internal teams.
You will oversee project budgets schedules and compliance with strict quality and HSE standards while working both from our stateoftheart office in Kastrup and at project sites worldwide. You will ensure seamless communication across cultures and industries negotiate contracts and align multiple stakeholders to deliver results on time and within budget.
Expect a handson role with travel and site presence where you will make practical decisions and find innovative solutions to the challenges of offshore construction.
Professional qualifications
- A relevant engineering degree (e.g. civil offshore or marine engineering)
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in construction preferably marine or offshore industries
- Proven expertise in project management including risk analysis documentation and stakeholder communication
- Commercial understanding including budget management and contract negotiation
- Strong command of English both written and spoken
- Familiarity with IT tools such as MS Office MS Project and document handling systems

- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset ready to take responsibility
- Strong communication skills able to connect with diverse stakeholders
- Detailoriented and highly organized with a focus on execution and results
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule extensive travel and working onsite
- Passion for marine construction and practical problemsolving
