Are you a Beehiiv expert who knows how to scale and manage newsletters Do you thrive on optimizing email sequences working with a team and creating beautiful reports If so we want you on our team. Who We Are We manage and grow multiple highimpact newsletters in the personal development and business space with an existing audience of 500000 subscribers.
Now were looking for a Beehiiv specialist to help us take them to the next levelexpanding reach improving engagement and maximizing monetization.
What Youll Be Doing
Optimizing Beehiiv Setup Managing lists segments automations and overall platform efficiency.
Improving Subscriber Engagement Testing & tweaking subject lines email structures and calltoactions to boost open & clickthrough rates.
A/B Testing & Analytics Running experiments to improve conversion rates on email signups and inemail ads.
Automation & Email Sequences Optimizing welcome flows and ongoing sequences to convert free subscribers into paying customers.
What You Need to Succeed
Deep experience with Beehiiv You know how to fully leverage the platforms features.
Strong email marketing skills You understand what gets people to open click and engage.
Growthfocused mindset You can strategize and implement subscriber acquisition campaigns.
Understanding of monetization You know how to turn newsletters into revenuegenerating assets.
Analytical & datadriven Youre comfortable tracking KPIs and making decisions based on performance.
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience running Facebook Ads for newsletter growth.
Proven success with sponsorship sales & affiliate marketing.
A background in direct response marketing or content strategy.
