Job Description
We are excited to invite applications for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Director with German language proficiency. This strategic role demands a deep understanding of account management exceptional client service skills and the ability to drive growth within the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the companys strategic vision.
- Provide clear and concise briefings for all relevant teams including creative social media and production.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments external partners and clients.
- Develop comprehensive work plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and financial oversight.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong English proficiency (B2).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing digital strategies as well as managing digital projects.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in digital marketing or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in an agency or marketing department.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Teamoriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Solid project management expertise including planning budgeting and deadline management.
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
