DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and manage quality productivity and team performance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and highlight key focus areas.
- Address client queries and complaints ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Recruitment Training HR and Quality to support team development.
- Maintain operational reports and provide performance insights.
- Assist in identifying training needs and support coaching initiatives to enhance team skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent in German with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English (B2) fluency.
- Over 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a serviceoriented environment.
- Strong people management and mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience working with vendors or external partners is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive key initiatives.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
