Do you want to move to Berlin to help us with our gaming product
Were seeking a passionate Lead Product Manager to support us with the engagement of our loyalty platform. Youll be free to innovate.

Job Responsibilities
- Define and own the engagement product domain shaping the engagement strategy.
- Drive product growth to improve player retention and engagement within the rewarded gaming ecosystem.
- Develop and execute LiveOps strategies for the platform.
- Apply behavioural science gamification and product design principles to foster player habit formation healthy usage and longterm player value.
- Optimize retention and engagement metrics while boosting LTV.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to refine engagement strategies leveraging data to improve product features.
- Continuously monitor performance and identify areas for product and process improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing analytics and development teams to align events with campaigns enhancing player experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
What Were Looking For
- 4 years of experience driving product retention and engagement ideally in mobile games loyalty platforms or B2C apps.
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset for designing effective engagement strategies.
- Solid project management abilities and proficiency in English for crossteam collaboration.
